About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Central Sales Manager to join our AWS EMEA Central Sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer adoption in the UKI Mid-Enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of CSR Account Executives to increase adoption and shape the future of cloud technologies
  • Develop and execute a territory scaling plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with partners to drive scaling campaigns and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of new business opportunities from prospecting to closure and adoption

Requirements
  • Experience in AWS technology related sales, business development or new business experience in the tech industry
  • Experience working with complex IT solutions
  • Experience managing and leading successful sales teams
  • Experience working with partners to drive scaling campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certified
  • AWS Solutions Architect certification/training
