About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our AWS Central Sales team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of AWS services among our largest and fastest-growing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in cloud technology sales
  • Experience working with complex IT solutions and managing large-scale sales teams
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
