**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at SevenRooms. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term success of our enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of business to ensure strong customer health, adoption, and retention revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement success plans to ensure customer objectives are achieved with support from SevenRooms' product and service offerings.
  • Maintain data integrity to track key metrics, specifically ROI.
  • Become an expert on the SevenRooms platform, providing technical and business solutions.
  • Collaborate with various teams across SevenRooms to ensure quality and thoughtful products are delivered to our clients.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working in a Customer Success or Account Management role in the Enterprise segment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience building and implementing systems and processes for internal communication.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail.
