Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer adoption and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with sales and account management teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and UX, to ensure customer needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive customer success

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an Enterprise-focused customer-facing role, preferably in a Customer Success or Account Management capacity
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption and growth, with a strong understanding of customer needs and goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
