About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Customer Success Manager (Education) to join our growing Customer Success Team at TryHackMe.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer success strategy to drive growth, retention, and expansion of our Enterprise client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Proactively monitor customer data and feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase customer value.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and create success plans with customers to ensure their needs are met and uncover opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all life cycle stages, from onboarding to renewal and beyond.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management within a SaaS or Technology Company, preferably dealing with Enterprise clients.
  • Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
  • Interest or background in cyber security (or technology).
  • Previous experience with Customer Success Platforms is a plus.
