Job Summary

Aibidia is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our Growth team. As a key member of our Revenue team, you will play a crucial role in empowering and enabling our enterprise customers to achieve their goals through our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Implementation: Lead Aibidia's onboarding and implementations with new customers by defining steps, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Net Retention: Own net retention for your customer base, including creating and maintaining an opportunity pipeline, overseeing and managing renewals, and driving adoption and growth.
  • Account Management: Take responsibility for consistent account-specific activities, such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual face-to-face meetings.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner closely with our Transfer Pricing Experts, Sales, Product, and other internal stakeholders to enhance the customer experience, provide customer testimonials, and drive growth.
  • Risk Management: Use data-driven approaches to identify risks and opportunities across your customer base, proactively communicating and addressing them, minimizing churn risks.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in the Finance or Tax industry (direct tax / indirect tax/transfer pricing / international tax).
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, strong project management skills, and a passion for driving technology adoption and developing long-term, transformational account strategies.
