Job Title: Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Feefo Holdings Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for creating a blueprint for best practice for our Enterprise clients to achieve the best return on their investment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and coaching team members, with a focus on global/enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, renewals, and upsell, as well as account planning and strategy.

We are looking for someone with excellent negotiation skills, ability to work within tight time frames, and under pressure. You will be proficient in creating and delivering compelling presentations for technical products, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach to problem-solving and execution of customer issue resolutions. You will be a team player, adaptable, resourceful, and a self-starter with a positive attitude.
