The role of a Customer Success Manager involves fostering strong relationships with designated clients, managing expectations, proposing additional services, and aiding in the development of collaborative strategies. Customer Success Managers focus on distinct market segments, including small to medium enterprises, large corporations, and high-potential accounts. Each manager plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction at the organizational level. This position is available for remote work within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients
  • Coordinating initiatives with technical teams and key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with various departments

  • Assisting clients with support requests

Qualifications:
