Job Description

Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's diary, making travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary Management: Manage the CEO's diary, ensuring that all meetings and appointments are scheduled and confirmed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and accommodation for the CEO as required.
  • Correspondence and Reports: Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO, ensuring that all relevant information is included.
  • Meeting Support: Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing papers.
  • Communication: Coordinate communication between the CEO and other stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  • Project Support: Provide administrative support for projects, including coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and preparing reports.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience of working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Discretion: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
