Katie Bard (Angela Mortimer Plc) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support their CEO on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a strong background in administrative support to join a dynamic and passionate organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary and Inbox Management: Provide exceptional support to the CEO by managing their diary and inbox, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and plan schedules to ensure the CEO's time is utilized efficiently.
  • Minute-Taking and Note-Taking: Take accurate minutes at meetings and type up notes, following up on action points to ensure timely completion.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the board of directors, including welcoming visitors and external clients, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc organizational projects and events, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.
Requirements
  • Previous EA Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior-level executives.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Driver with Access to a Car: A valid driver's license and access to a car, due to the office location.
