CEO

The KC Group have partnered with an established charity based In the Solihull area, who are recruiting for a CEO to guide them in their next phase of growth. This is a full-time permanent role, with travel required to their various locations, so you must be a driver with your own vehicle. Hybrid working Is also available as part of the role.
To be considered for the CEO role:
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the non-profit sector/ third sector.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising and development.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of the CEO role Includes, but not limited to:
- Oversee the effective running of a chain of centres.
- Developing and execute a strategic plan to achieve the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with employees, partners, and stakeholders.
- Managing and overseeing the organisation's budget and financial operations.
- Providing leadership and guidance to management and oversee effective management of employees across all centres.
- Identify opportunities for further business development and new income streams.
- Represent the organisation in public forums and advocating for their cause.
- Ensure all policies and procedures remain relevant and fit for purpose.
