Executive Assistant to the CEO

A leading organisation in the UK has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support their CEO on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative duties and experience of taking minutes, with a proactive approach, calm demeanor, and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's schedule and inbox, ensuring seamless communication and organisation
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and plan events
  • Take minutes at meetings, type up notes, and follow up on action points
  • Provide administrative support to the board of directors
  • Coordinate training and events, including maintaining records and providing materials
  • Assist with health and safety and office maintenance
  • Support on ad hoc organisational projects and events
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting at Senior Level
  • Passion for working in an environment where helping people is key
  • Love for organising and managing others
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and seek improvements in all areas
  • Driver with access to a car (due to office location)

The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and organised individual who is passionate about supporting the CEO and the organisation's mission.
