  • Communication Management: Prioritize and manage incoming communications, including emails.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Trustworthiness and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility and readiness to embrace new challenges.
  • Experience in the advertising or marketing sector is advantageous.
  • Basic data management skills, including charting and pivot tables in Excel, are a plus.
