Retail Technology Coordinator

Are you adept at distinguishing your PLUs from your Keyboards, your Peppers from your Collins, and your Real Time Journal from your Line Checks? If so, this position may be a perfect fit for you.

We are seeking a systems-oriented individual with experience in the hospitality sector to join the IT team at Young & Co.'s Brewery, P.L.C. in the capacity of Retail Technology Coordinator. In this role, you will support product and pricing configurations for both new and existing suppliers, collaborate with various teams including OSM, Marketing, and Operations, and provide technical assistance to our pub teams across EPOS and OnTap/Web Ordering systems. We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, a knack for creative problem-solving, a solid understanding of operational needs in our pubs, and a talent for technical research and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Reporting to the IT Innovation and Project Manager, you will deliver second-line support and coordination for the EPOS and On Tap helpdesk functions.

· Assist in the configuration of products and pricing for both existing and new suppliers within procurement and EPOS software.

· Regularly engage with OSM, Marketing, and Operations teams to help coordinate priorities and workflows.

· Collaborate with the EPOS Manager to analyze ticket trends and aid in the resolution of tickets in accordance with established SLAs.

· Review and document On Tap/web ordering function "playbooks" for pub and hotel business acquisitions and renovations, ensuring ongoing process improvements.

· Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing projects to key stakeholders through meetings, presentations, reports, and briefings.

· Assist in the investigation of relevant incidents and escalate vendor support issues as necessary.

· Offer backup support for EPOS and On Tap helpdesk functions during periods of absence or holidays.

· Perform other duties as assigned that are consistent with the role.
