Are you adept at navigating the intricacies of retail systems and technology? If so, this position may align perfectly with your expertise.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a background in the hospitality sector to join the IT department at Young & Co.'s Brewery, P.L.C. as a Retail Technology Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product and pricing configurations for both new and existing vendors, collaborating with various teams including Operations, Marketing, and OSM, while providing essential technical support to our pub operations concerning EPOS and OnTap/Web Ordering systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Report directly to the IT Innovation and Project Manager, delivering second-line support and coordination for the EPOS and On Tap helpdesk services.

· Facilitate the setup of products and pricing for both current and prospective suppliers within procurement and EPOS platforms.

· Engage regularly with the OSM, Marketing, and Operations teams to streamline coordination of priorities and workflows.

· Collaborate with the EPOS Manager to analyze ticket trends and assist in resolving issues in accordance with established service level agreements.

· Review and document operational procedures for On Tap/Web Ordering functions, ensuring ongoing enhancements in processes for pub and hotel acquisitions and renovations.

· Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing projects to key stakeholders through meetings, presentations, reports, and briefings.

· Assist in the investigation of relevant incidents and escalate vendor support issues as necessary.

· Offer backup support for EPOS and On Tap helpdesk functions during periods of absence or holidays.

· Perform additional duties as assigned that are appropriate for the role.

Required Skills:

· Solid understanding of operational requirements within the hospitality industry.

· Experience in coordinating with both internal and external teams.

· Ability to approach problem-solving with creativity and pragmatism.

· Strong organizational skills, time management, and self-motivation.

· Proficient in both written and verbal communication.

· Capable of conducting technical research and evaluations.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Effective management of internal stakeholder relationships.
