Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in achieving the objectives of Partner Retail Services and Samsung by representing the brand's values and delivering outstanding customer service. Your primary goal will be to enhance customers' connected experiences through exceptional interactions, introducing them to Samsung's diverse range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Education: Guide customers in maximizing their use of Samsung products to improve their overall experience.
  • Customer Support: Be the welcoming face of Samsung, providing exceptional service that creates memorable experiences.
  • Product Promotion: Present Samsung products and services to customers, assisting them in selecting the best options for their needs.
  • Basic Device Repairs: Offer initial repair services for devices, addressing common issues efficiently.
  • Store Presentation: Ensure a tidy and inviting store environment that aligns with the brand's image.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety standards to maintain a secure shopping atmosphere for customers and colleagues.
  • Ongoing Training: Keep abreast of the latest Samsung products and technologies to provide the best possible support to customers.
