Are you familiar with PLUs and POS systems, and do you understand the intricacies of operational support in a hospitality environment? If so, this position may be an excellent fit for you.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in systems management within the pub industry to join the IT department at Young & Co.'s Brewery, P.L.C. In the role of Retail Technology Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in the setup of products and pricing for both new and existing suppliers. You will collaborate with various teams, including Operations, Marketing, and OSM, while providing essential technical support to our pub teams across EPOS and OnTap/Web Ordering platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Report directly to the IT Innovation and Project Manager, offering second-line support and coordination for the EPOS and On Tap helpdesk operations.

· Assist in the configuration of products and pricing for current and new suppliers, ensuring smooth procurement and EPOS software integration.

· Engage regularly with OSM, Marketing, and Operations teams to help coordinate priorities and streamline workflows.

· Collaborate with the EPOS Manager to analyze ticket trends and support the resolution of tickets in line with established SLAs.

· Develop and maintain documentation for On Tap/web ordering function "playbooks" to support pub and hotel business acquisitions and renovations, promoting continuous process improvement.

· Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing projects to key stakeholders through meetings, presentations, reports, and briefings.

· Assist in the investigation of relevant incidents and escalate vendor support issues as necessary.

· Offer backup support for EPOS and On Tap helpdesk functions during periods of absence or holidays.

· Perform additional duties as assigned that align with the role.

Required Skills:

· Solid understanding of operational requirements within the hospitality sector.

· Experience in coordinating with both internal and external cross-functional teams.

· Ability to solve problems in a pragmatic and innovative manner.

· Strong organizational skills, time management, and self-motivation.
