The Role: Retail Logistics Coordinator

As a Retail Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional service for our valued retail partners across EMEA and APAC regions.

  • Purchase Order & Fulfillment Management: You will oversee the entire purchase order process for key retail accounts, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to retailer-specific requirements.
  • Retailer Compliance: Your expertise in understanding and implementing routing guidelines, creating Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs), and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be crucial in meeting retailer expectations and maintaining compliance.
  • Reporting & Documentation: You will maintain comprehensive records and generate regular reports on inbound and outbound shipments, inventory levels, returns, and overall logistics performance.
  • Inventory Management: You will actively track and manage inventory levels for packaging materials, components, and finished goods, ensuring accuracy through reconciliation with 3PL partners.
  • Return Management: You will oversee the entire return process, including handling returns, coordinating with relevant stakeholders (finance, customer service), and managing disposition and refurbishment of returned inventory.
  • Collaboration & Optimization: You will build strong relationships with internal teams, retail partners, and 3PL providers to ensure smooth operations. You will also identify opportunities for improvement within logistics processes and collaborate on implementing enhancements for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, inventory management, and shipping procedures.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
