We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team as a Highly Specialised MSK Paediatric Physiotherapist. This is a fixed-term part-time role, covering maternity leave, and will provide an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive team and develop your clinical leadership skills.
Main DutiesAs a Paediatric Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children with musculo-skeletal conditions. You will work closely with our Advanced Practitioner, additional Band 7 specialist physio, and split post Band 6 physio to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
You will also be involved in the supervision and line management of students, supporting junior colleagues and peers within the adult MSK teams, and contributing to the development of regional pathways and business development.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive team environment, with strong links to the cross Trust Clinical Interest Group in the South East. You will have the chance to develop your clinical leadership skills, work with experienced MSK clinicians, and contribute to the development of regional pathways.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a Paediatric Physiotherapist with a degree or diploma in Physiotherapy, Health Professions Council Registration, and evidence of relevant specialist paediatric MSK postgraduate CPD. You should have significant experience in MSK and Paediatric MSK rehabilitation, with a minimum of 2 years experience at Band 6 level.
You should also have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to contribute to effective team working and promote clinical leadership skills.
