The Role

We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects, including marketing automation initiatives, website redevelopment, and support for new product launches.
  • Drive lead generation efforts and manage content distribution across various channels.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and manage projects with minimal supervision.
  • Utilize your technical proficiency and attention to detail to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in project management or a strong coordination background.
  • A minimum of two years in Marketing and/or Advertising roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with social media marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, particularly WordPress.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of SEO and keyword research techniques.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
  • Experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is advantageous.

What You Will Do

  • Support senior management through market research, tracking industry trends, and identifying target demographics.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, crafting engaging content to attract the desired audience.
  • Contribute to social media and content calendars, managing the creation of shareable content such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics.
  • Ensure regular updates to web content, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor relevant metrics using analytics tools, assess KPIs, and report on campaign performance to senior management.
  • Assist with email marketing, PPC, and social media initiatives.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media and marketing.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal business units, managing brand representation both internally and externally.
  • Oversee vendor management, including collaboration with graphic designers.
  • Manage budget tracking effectively.
