As a Senior Account Executive (SAE), you will engage in a collaborative virtual selling environment. You will serve as the primary liaison and relationship steward for Minitab with our Prospects and Customers. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of your designated enterprise accounts and territory while driving the discovery and qualification of new sales prospects, crafting and implementing account and opportunity strategies that lead to the generation of both new business (new logo, cross-sell, upsell, consulting & training) and renewal business through software product licenses/subscriptions and service offerings. Furthermore, the SAE will cultivate and sustain successful relationships with clients, which will be evaluated by their reference ability, Net Promoter Score, customer satisfaction metrics, and increased annual recurring revenue. Anticipated travel for in-person meetings with customers/prospects/partners is 50-70%.

Who are we looking for?

You possess intellectual curiosity and strive to uncover your customer's distinct business challenges that lead to a mutually beneficial outcome for both Minitab and our clients. You are dedicated to achieving your goals and objectives, closing deals, and have a proven history of exceeding 100% of your assigned quotas. You are adept at value-based selling of intricate software solutions to enterprise accounts (1B+) over sales cycles of 6-9 months. You have honed your ability to manage your time effectively and navigate your territory while working collaboratively to resolve conflicts and ensure follow-through to drive software license, maintenance, and services revenue. Proficiency in the English language is essential.
