Position Overview: As a Territory Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of clients within the industrial supplies sector, specifically focusing on personal protective equipment (PPE) and consumables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and nurture an established account base while actively seeking opportunities for growth and new client acquisition.
  • Engage in 80% account management and development, with 20% dedicated to proactive sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic sales director to strategize and implement effective sales techniques.
  • Utilize your field sales expertise to penetrate existing accounts and introduce new product offerings.

Company Overview: Join a thriving small to medium-sized enterprise specializing in industrial products, where you will have the opportunity to sell a diverse range of items to both existing and prospective customers.

Candidate Profile: We are seeking a motivated sales professional with a minimum of two years of solid B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong resilience and the ability to engage effectively with engineers and clients in the manufacturing sector.
  • A proven track record in account management and the ability to drive sales growth.
  • A desire to earn bonuses through successful territory development.

Compensation: The role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000, along with a performance-based bonus structure. Additional benefits include a car allowance, 25 days of annual leave, and all bank holidays.

Location: This position is hybrid, allowing for both office and field-based work, with a requirement to reside within a commutable distance to the headquarters.
