Territory Sales Representative

Wolf Steel UK Ltd serves as the exclusive distributor for Napoleon barbecues and accessories across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Established in 1976 by Wolfgang and Ingrid Schroeter, Napoleon has grown to become a globally recognized brand and is the largest privately owned manufacturer in North America, specializing in high-quality fireplaces, barbecues, and heating & cooling solutions.
Territory Sales Representative
In this position, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within a designated region of the UK, focusing on both new and existing retail partners. Your primary objective will be to implement strategic initiatives with local retailers, positioning Napoleon as the preferred brand for both retailers and consumers. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will maintain direct engagement with all accounts in your region, effectively representing the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set, implement, and meet annual sales objectives within the assigned territory.
- Foster strong, productive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Analyze customer performance metrics and leverage data insights to identify trends, enabling accurate sales forecasts and growth opportunities.
- Provide local market insights and trends to the management team.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop an event calendar and actively participate in trade and consumer exhibitions.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned retailers, addressing daily operational matters and challenges.
- Conduct regular and proactive visits to all customers within the territory.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in achieving sustainable account growth within the garden and/or leisure industry.
- Adaptable with exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Self-driven with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Proficient negotiation skills and a sense of accountability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.
- Compensation includes a performance-related bonus, company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone as part of the benefits package.
- Internal candidates will be given preference when qualifications are equal.
