Overview: As the Head of Performance Strategy, your expertise in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, along with your ability to foster relationships, will be crucial in driving the organization towards unprecedented success.

Analysis, Expansion, and Proposal Management:

Work in close collaboration with operational teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of current contract obligations, performance indicators, stakeholder engagement tactics, and existing collaborations.


Maintain transparent communication with designated commercial partners to ensure a shared understanding of business goals and strategies.


Governance and Assurance: Develop and implement frameworks and procedures to ensure effective governance and assurance of commercial partnerships.


Partnership Development: Cultivate and strengthen both commercial and strategic alliances to harness opportunities for business expansion. Enhance the organization's new business pipeline by providing valuable insights and intelligence.


Bid Support: Assist in bid preparation, facilitate supply chain approvals, support post-tender negotiations, aid in bid execution, collaborate on proposal design with commercial partners, and share comprehensive insights with colleagues in the Commercial Directorate.
