About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Performance Propositions team at dunnhumby. As the Head of Performance Proposition, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy that drives business growth and revenue through performance advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a Propositional Space Map: Create a comprehensive map of the propositional space, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and gaps in our current suite of products and platform capabilities.
  • Drive Joint Strategy and Product Roadmap: Collaborate with retail and product teams to assemble a product portfolio and roadmap that appeals to performance budgets and is valuable, differentiated, and substantiated.
  • Identify Key Commercial Partnerships: Identify and establish key commercial partnerships that support business propositions and drive revenue growth.
  • Represent Performance Advertising Proposition Externally: Represent our performance advertising proposition externally and guide product marketing in their representation of our capabilities.
  • Background and Experience: Possess a background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales or e-commerce, or a performance advertising agency, with in-depth experience in the digital advertising and retail media environment.
