Director of Performance Proposition Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our performance proposition strategy for our Tesco Retail Media UK team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth and ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences to inform our performance proposition strategy.
- Lead the development of a robust and compelling performance proposition that meets the needs of our clients and drives revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of our performance proposition strategy.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance our performance proposition and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, agencies, and internal teams.
- Proven experience in performance advertising and a deep understanding of the digital advertising and retail media environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
