Hikma Pharmaceuticals is on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our initiatives to cultivate and sustain a workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. Your collaboration with leadership, HR partners, and team members will be essential in formulating and executing strategies that advance diversity and nurture an inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a thorough DEI strategy that aligns with Hikma's objectives and adheres to industry standards.
  • Work closely with HR partners to weave diversity and inclusion practices into recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention.
  • Perform ongoing evaluations and analyze metrics to assess the success of DEI initiatives and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
  • Lead training sessions, workshops, and discussions aimed at educating staff and fostering awareness of diversity and inclusion issues.
  • Act as a resource and advocate for employees, offering support on diversity-related concerns and promoting an inclusive workplace ethos.
  • Engage with external partners, community organizations, and industry associations to bolster Hikma's DEI efforts and programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a dedicated DEI position or a related field, with a successful history of executing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, along with knowledge of pertinent laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, with the capacity to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.
  • Certification as a Diversity Professional (CDP) or a similar credential is advantageous.
