Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist to join our team at Age UK Group. As a key member of our DEI Team, you will play a critical role in leading the design and delivery of diversity, equity and inclusion training, workshops and resources for our organization, including our subsidiaries Age International and Age Co.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement diversity, equity and inclusion strategies to promote a culture of inclusion and respect within our organization.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops and resources to educate employees on diversity, equity and inclusion best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address diversity, equity and inclusion gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support our DEI initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of our DEI initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Master's degree in a related field, such as diversity, equity and inclusion, human resources, or organizational development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in diversity, equity and inclusion, with a focus on training and development.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
