Ryder Reid is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team as an Assistant-in-Training. This exciting opportunity will provide administrative support to the DEI Manager and Director, contributing to the day-to-day delivery of DEI activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the DEI team, including being the first point of contact for general queries.
- Engage with DEI Networks and provide logistical support for meetings and events throughout the DEI Calendar.
- Support DEI communications and work closely with the DEI Manager to maintain the DEI intranet.
- Collate information for the Firm's DEI initiatives, including collecting data and stories of impact for internal reporting and communications.
- Work on specific DEI initiatives and project work with the support of the DEI Manager.
- Promote and track attendance of DEI events and provide updates on numbers.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong interest in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace. Previous law firm experience within DEI or a HR related role is essential. You will also have proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
What We OfferRyder Reid offers a great opportunity for training and development, as well as progression. The salary for this role is £35,000 or more, depending on experience.
