The Role: Diversity & Inclusion Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our company culture and ensuring that we create an inclusive and equitable environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) strategies across the organization.
  • Conduct training programs and workshops to raise awareness of DE&I issues and promote inclusive behaviors.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to embed DE&I principles into all aspects of our business operations.
  • Monitor and analyze DE&I metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of belonging.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing DE&I initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for creating an inclusive and equitable workplace.

Security Clearance:

This role requires you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance. As part of the onboarding process, candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details of the evidence required to apply may be found on the government website Gov.UK. If you are unable to meet this and any associated criteria, then your employment may be delayed, or rejected. Details of this will be discussed with you at interview.
