About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Howden Group. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing proactive recruitment support to our business teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and identify top talent.
  • Proactively source candidates using a range of organic and paid channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Support the recruitment process by reviewing candidate pipelines, conducting phone screens, and providing recommendations for shortlisting.
  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent and meet business needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on the use of Workday Recruiting and other recruitment tools.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives that drive business growth and development.
Requirements
