Role Overview:

This position calls for a strategic innovator who is enthusiastic about championing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. The Inclusion and Equity Specialist will operate from London in a permanent, full-time capacity, with a hybrid work model that includes two days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • DE&I Initiative Development: Design and execute diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, including mentoring schemes, outreach activities with educational institutions, and inclusive leadership training.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and evaluate data pertaining to DE&I initiatives, enabling us to monitor progress and assess the effectiveness of our strategies.
  • Project Management: Oversee various DE&I projects from inception to completion, enhancing your project management expertise.
  • Communication and Engagement: Create content for internal platforms, develop presentations, and engage in both internal and external events. Foster relationships with external organizations and communities to amplify ENGIE UK's DE&I initiatives.
Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A robust understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and best practices.
  • Experience in crafting and delivering DEI training and programs.
  • The ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate the success of DEI initiatives.
  • Strong project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A genuine passion for nurturing an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
  • A solid academic background demonstrating the ability to learn and manage various tasks effectively.
