In this position, you will play a crucial role in advancing the global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy at Ameriprise Financial. Your primary responsibilities will encompass analyzing DEI metrics, assisting with DEI reporting, and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to strengthen the DEI narrative. You will engage closely with HR partners, internal and external communications teams, and employee resource groups to foster awareness and participation in DEI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation of the DEI strategy and objectives
- Facilitate DEI information requests from clients
- Support the execution of DEI initiatives throughout the organization
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate progress
