We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of our global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, leveraging expertise, best practices and data insights to drive progress and impact.
- Support business unit goal setting and progress reviews, owning the production of insight presentations and tracking of progress against goals.
- Manage and update our DEI question and answer library, ensuring responses are up-to-date and effectively positioning our DEI activity with clients.
- Enable delivery of DEI initiatives, collaborating with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to embed DEI considerations into people practices and processes.
- Work with internal and external communications to support the development of agreed messages to share progress against our DEI strategy with employees and key stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders, leaders and employee resource groups, encouraging active participation in promoting DEI across the firm.
- Established experience in a DEI focused role with a proven track record of supporting progress against DEI priorities.
- Good knowledge of DEI principles, best practices and emerging trends.
- The ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and produce meaningful reports or presentations for a variety of audiences.
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships, collaborate and influence at all levels.
- The ability to manage conversations on sensitive topics constructively and professionally, acting as an organizational steward.
