The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to our DEI Manager and Director, and will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of DEI activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the DEI Manager and Director, including coordinating meetings, events, and communications.
  • DEI Communications: Assist with the development and implementation of DEI communications, including updating the DEI intranet and creating engaging content.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate DEI events, including networking meetings and training sessions.
  • Data Collection: Collect and analyze data on DEI initiatives and programs, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Project Support: Provide support on specific DEI initiatives and projects, working closely with the DEI Manager and Director.
  • Attendance Tracking: Track attendance at DEI events and provide updates to the L&D Team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in a DEI or HR-related role, preferably in a law firm setting.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to establish and nurture good working relationships and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
