We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide essential administrative support to our dedicated team of nutrition and dietetics professionals.

As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our department. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including managing appointments, maintaining records, and providing general administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the dietetic teams across the Health Board.
  • Manage and coordinate outpatient clinic appointments, diabetes education sessions, and weight management program bookings.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and other staff members to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
