We are seeking an individual with exceptional administrative capabilities who is eager to join the Nutrition and Dietetic team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. This role involves working 24 hours per week and will provide essential support to our Dietetic teams.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to utilize your administrative expertise to assist the Dietetic teams throughout the Health Board. This includes managing appointment scheduling for outpatient clinics, diabetes education sessions, and weight management initiatives. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with demonstrable office experience.
We are committed to your professional growth and offer both departmental and personal continuing professional development (CPD) time. You will have opportunities to engage in relevant meetings and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices, research, and clinical audits.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is advantageous for this position; however, applications from both English and Welsh speakers are encouraged.
