Job Title: Warehouse and Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Sales Coordinator to join our team at Cathay Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our managers and employees, as well as coordinating daily activities in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage dispatch priorities and courier databases to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Generate reports and updates on warehouse mapping to optimize operations.
  • Input and manage data using warehouse management systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Manage cash and carry sales, including processing transactions and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Book meetings and schedule events to ensure smooth coordination of activities.
  • Order office stationery and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Maintain internal databases and submit expense reports to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Keep employee records, both physical and digital, up to date.
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely communication.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to provide insights and updates on operations.
  • Organize, store, and print company documents as needed to maintain a secure and compliant workspace.
  • Answer and redirect phone calls to ensure efficient communication.
  • Make travel arrangements to support business needs.
  • Handle queries from managers and employees to provide support and guidance.
  • Update office policies and ensure compliance to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures.
  • Experience with office management tools, particularly MS Office software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
