Job Title: Warehouse and Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Sales Coordinator to join our team at Cathay Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our managers and employees, as well as coordinating daily activities in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage dispatch priorities and courier databases to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Generate reports and updates on warehouse mapping to optimize operations.
  • Input and manage data using warehouse management systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Manage cash and carry sales, including processing transactions and maintaining customer data.
  • Book meetings and schedule events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Order office stationery and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Maintain internal databases and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Keep employee records up-to-date, both physically and digitally.
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail to ensure prompt communication.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Organize, store, and print company documents as needed.
  • Answer and redirect phone calls to ensure seamless communication.
  • Make travel arrangements to support business needs.
  • Handle queries from managers and employees in a professional and timely manner.
  • Update office policies and ensure compliance with them.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures.
  • Experience with office management tools, particularly MS Office software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
