Job Title : IT Client Relationship Strategist
Location: Hybrid Role

Rate : Competitive remuneration offered

**Local candidates preferred due to onsite obligations

**Initial interviews conducted virtually. Follow-up interviews will be in-person. Only candidates available for onsite interviews will be considered.

**This role necessitates onsite presence for part of the week, with flexibility for remote work.
*Contractors are responsible for arranging their own parking.



The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who promotes constructive interactions and nurtures trusting relationships with designated business partners across the organization. This position will also handle escalations related to service product and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with and communicate directly with organizational leadership on a regular basis.
- Collaborate closely with IT leadership to ensure effective and ongoing delivery of all products and services.
- Serve as a liaison with various departments to manage IT-related escalations and coordination.
- Partner with business and Enterprise Architecture teams to identify product lines and develop a long-term business capability roadmap.
- Build and sustain relationships with assigned business partners.
- Interface with project managers and operations managers to prioritize requests and manage escalations.
- Identify opportunities for new services, enhancements, and technological innovations to address business needs.
- Oversee the management of expectations related to IT engagement and service delivery.
- Manage escalations regarding technology procurements and service requests.
- Advocate for and communicate customer needs effectively.
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage operational production and strategic direction for systems owned by business partners.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and guidelines.


Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or six (6) years of relevant experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in Information Technology, including knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with leadership at all levels.
- Ability to listen, build rapport, and establish credibility as a strategic partner.
- Proficient in conflict negotiation and resolution; adept at managing challenging customer interactions.
- Team-oriented with a focus on achieving results and delivering value.
- Capable of linking strategy to execution; a strategic thinker.
- Experience in product line planning and management.
- Familiarity with organizational structures and interactions within the relevant sectors.
