Rate: Highly competitive
**Local candidates preferred due to onsite requirements
**Initial interviews conducted virtually, followed by onsite meetings. Only candidates available for onsite interviews will be considered.
**This role necessitates being onsite two days a week with three days remote work.
*Contractors will need to arrange their own parking.
Ideal candidates will be strategic thinkers who foster positive interactions and build trusting relationships with business partners. This position will also handle escalations related to service products and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with agency leadership, including executive levels, on a regular basis.
- Collaborate closely with IT leadership to ensure the effective delivery of all IT products and services.
- Serve as a liaison for IT management escalations and coordination with various districts.
- Partner with business and enterprise architecture teams to identify product lines and maintain a multi-year business capability roadmap.
- Build and sustain relationships with assigned business partners.
- Work with project managers and service operations managers to prioritize requests and manage escalations.
- Identify opportunities for new services and improvements to meet business needs.
- Oversee management of business partner expectations regarding IT engagement and service delivery.
- Handle escalations related to technology procurements and service requests.
- Advocate for customer needs and collaborate with IT teams on production operations and strategic direction.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or six years of relevant experience in IT.
- Experience in Information Technology, including knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with leadership at all levels.
- Ability to build rapport and influence as a strategic partner.
- Proficient in conflict negotiation and resolution, especially with challenging customers.
- Team-oriented with a focus on results and strategic execution.
- Experience in product line planning and management.
- Understanding of organizational structures and interactions within the IT domain.
