Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Lettings head office as a Client Accounts Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing the payments and coordination of our clients, tenants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts, including processing payments and coordinating with clients and contractors.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, tenants, and contractors.
- Collaborate with the tenancy progression, renewals negotiations, and property management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure their needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
