Position: Key Client Project Manager

Location: Remote - Must be based in the UK

Role Overview

The Key Client Project Manager will be responsible for the effective management of implementation projects for significant, potentially global clients. This role involves establishing and nurturing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager will monitor project progress, assess risks, manage issues, and ensure the successful delivery of all project components. Additionally, the Project Manager will engage in agile methodologies, contributing to product strategy and roadmap development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project outcomes, generating reports and data analyses to support findings.
  • Oversee the execution of major client projects, fostering strong communication with clients and relevant parties.
  • Provide strategic input during the commercial phase, translating client requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Assist in the proposal and cost estimation processes.
  • Coordinate the implementation of awarded contracts, ensuring all operational teams are informed of project parameters.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for client key users on platforms such as 'Maestro'.
  • Manage project scope and coordinate any necessary contract variations for out-of-scope work.
  • Continuously evaluate delivery methods and processes, offering recommendations for enhancements.
  • Establish and track KPIs and project milestones, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met and understood by all stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and maintaining alignment with client expectations.

Candidate Profile

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, including scoping, requirement gathering, documentation, budget oversight, stakeholder engagement, and delivery support.
  • Familiarity with agile environments and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of management system certification products and services is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills, dependable, proactive, and energetic.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • Project management certification is desirable.
