Job Description

ProFind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Accounting Team Manager to join their team in Richmond, London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing client accounting teams and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage and lead a team of client accounting professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in client accounting or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
