Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging our unique multi-brand offsite solutions to deliver exceptional results.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner to ensure our company becomes a built-in supplier and partner to their businesses.
  • Market Expansion: Proactively seek new market opportunities to expand our business, utilizing an entrepreneurial mindset to drive data-driven growth and product expansions.
  • Value Proposition Delivery: Master and communicate our Value Propositions across products, software, and brand, utilizing differentiation to drive best-in-class margins.

Key Competencies
  • Proven experience in strategic Key Account Management, with a record of growing sales and profitability.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong presentation abilities.

  • Experience or knowledge of the Roof, Floor, and Timber Frame industry in the UK is desirable but not essential.
