We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Proactive Appointments. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing growth strategies for our clients and leading the development of new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: You will have a strong background in the insurance sector and have handled large portfolios previously.
- Business Development: You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow existing accounts.
- Relationship Building: You will develop relationships across the client's organization from C-suite to managerial levels.
- Strategy Development: You will own and develop account level strategy towards revenue and profitability targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 12+ years of IT industry experience and 5+ years of client management and relationship development experience.
- Skills: Experience of selling, data, cloud, QA, digital deals, and project managing complex initiatives and campaigns.
- Teamwork: Experience working with large cross-functional and multi-geographical teams to deliver solutions.
- Leadership: Ability to understand bigger picture, identify business opportunities, and envision workable solutions.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of relationship management with consistent revenue growth of a client portfolio.
