Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Account Manager to enhance our inbound sales division during a pivotal growth phase. Engaging with warm leads, you will be responsible for negotiating and securing new partnerships, nurturing relationships, and creating a robust pipeline of new business opportunities while representing Treatwell. A significant aspect of this role involves collecting valuable feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of our offerings.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing incoming leads and informing partners about the Treatwell Connect solution and its advantages for salon management.
  • Conducting live online demonstrations for potential partners.
  • Advising on various Treatwell packages tailored to meet partner requirements.
  • Independently onboarding new partners.
  • Strategically organizing your schedule to balance sales meetings and activities.
  • Achieving monthly sales objectives.
  • Documenting all activities in our CRM system.

  • Demonstrated experience in a sales role with a history of consistent achievement.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Capable of managing deadline pressures and meeting targets.
  • A quick learner who challenges conventional thinking and embraces personal development.
