The Role

In this role, you will spearhead the growth of a substantial referral network through partnerships with high street opticians, promoting Optegra's cataract services, patient benefits, referral processes, and our state-of-the-art facilities.

As the primary contact for both current and potential referrers, you will be tasked with expanding your referral network by cultivating strong and lasting customer relationships.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will be proactive, enjoy engaging with new individuals, and possess confidence when interacting with senior professionals in the ophthalmic field. You should be self-driven, capable of managing your own schedule, meetings, and travel plans.

Collaboration with colleagues at your facility is essential, as you will work closely to maximize every opportunity for business growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within an optometric or FMCG environment
  • Experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • High energy and a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective workload management skills
  • A valid, clean driving license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
