About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Property Moving Assistant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle of property sales, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient progress of mortgage applications.
  • Transaction Coordination: Oversee all tasks related to property sales, including buyer/seller communication, solicitor liaison, and mortgage advisor coordination.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Provide clear and timely updates to clients, identify and resolve any barriers or issues that may arise during the transaction process.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and transaction progress.
  • Product Promotion: Have the opportunity to promote OneDome's core products, the Home Buyer Service and OneDome Remo.
Requirements
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of the UK property market and mortgage processes.
  • Client Service: Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be flexible to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Professionalism: Possess a professional demeanor, excellent telephone manner, and the ability to provide a high level of service at all times.
Work Arrangements

This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days of office work in Whiteley, Hampshire, and 2 days of home working. There is a performance-based commission tied to the role.
