Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Property Transaction Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project managing all tasks related to property sales, ensuring fast and efficient completion. Your primary objective will be to provide an outstanding customer experience, building strong relationships with stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, solicitors, and lenders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mortgage Consultants, Client Services, and external partners, including Lenders, Solicitors, and Estate Agents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by managing client expectations and keeping them informed about the progress of their applications.
  • Oversee all tasks related to property sales, including buyer/seller, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other parties.
  • Collaborate with Lenders, Solicitors, and clients to ensure efficient mortgage application processing.
  • Maintain high accuracy when inputting data.
  • Position OneDome's core products, the Home Buyer Service and OneDome Remo, to drive business growth.
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Knowledge of the UK property market and an understanding of mortgages.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders.
  • High organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Confidence in dealing with clients and providing a great service at all times.
Work Arrangements

This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days of office work in Whiteley, Hampshire, and 2 days of home working. There is a performance-based commission tied to the role.
